At the Sixth Session of the 11th Gaoming District Committee of the Chinese People\u2019s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Zhong Quanxian, CPPCC member, Party Branch Secretary, and Chairman of Guangdong Haocheng Electric Co., Ltd.<\/strong><\/a>, actively shared insights on the development of the new energy industry, contributing enterprise-driven perspectives to Gaoming\u2019s high-quality regional growth.<\/p>

Zhong emphasized that seizing the momentum of new energy development<\/strong> represents a critical opportunity for Gaoming to achieve leapfrog growth. Drawing on Haocheng Electric\u2019s practical experience in the new energy sector, he highlighted the importance of making systematic use of the strategic location and traffic advantages brought by the new airport<\/strong>, while leveraging the technological support of the China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage Test Center<\/strong>.<\/p>

He noted that Gaoming should focus on accelerating the clustering of new energy enterprises, particularly in areas such as photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging and battery swapping infrastructure, and wind power development<\/strong>. These sectors, he said, are key to building a modern and competitive new energy industrial ecosystem.<\/p>

To further enhance investment attraction and industrial services, Zhong proposed that Gaoming introduce specialized industrial development plans<\/strong> and establish dedicated service teams for the new energy industry<\/strong>. Such measures would improve professional support for enterprises, foster the concentration of emerging technologies and innovative companies, and promote the formation of a competitive new energy industry cluster.<\/p>

As a new energy enterprise deeply rooted in Gaoming, Haocheng Electric<\/strong> will continue to increase investment in photovoltaics, energy storage, and related fields<\/strong>.
