1. What information do you need to provide a project quotation?
To offer an accurate proposal, we typically need the single-line diagram (SLD), load requirements, voltage level, project environment, product specifications, and any special standards or certifications required (IEC, GB/T, ANSI, etc.).
2. Can you customize switchgear, transformers, and substations for specific project requirements?
Yes. All MV/LV switchgear, transformers, prefabricated substations, and energy solutions can be fully customized based on voltage level, capacity, protection scheme, communication protocol, and installation environment.
3. Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning support?
Yes. We dispatch experienced engineers for on-site installation guidance, commissioning, and training. We also provide remote technical support and documentation for the entire project lifecycle.
4. What is your typical lead time for project orders?
Lead time depends on product type and quantity. Generally, MV/LV switchgear requires 2–4 weeks, transformers 3–5 weeks, and prefabricated substations 4–6 weeks. Large or customized projects may require additional time.
5. Can you support international projects and overseas delivery?
