HONCON successfully won the bid and provided high and low voltage switchgear and transformers and other power equipment for the third phase expansion project of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

This includes 10kV high and low voltage switchgear, dry type transformers, and other core power equipment, demonstrating once again Honcon’s strong overall competitiveness in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Technical Strengths and Project Significance
The Phase III expansion of Baiyun Airport is a major transportation initiative under Chinese 14th Five-Year Plan, with a total investment exceeding 50 billion yuan. Once completed, it will serve as a world-class aviation hub. The equipment supplied by Honcon underwent rigorous environmental adaptability testing and features excellent corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and impact resistance, making it well-suited to the airport’s high-load and high-safety operational demands.
