Malgr\u00e9 sa conception mature et sa large adoption, l\u2019appareillage KYN28 ne peut pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 directement sur le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"959\" class=\"translation-block\">La raison ne r\u00e9side pas dans la qualit\u00e9 du produit, mais dans les diff\u00e9rences fondamentales entre les normes IEC\/GB et les normes nord-am\u00e9ricaines (IEEE). Ces diff\u00e9rences concernent les d\u00e9finitions des classes de tension, les niveaux d\u2019isolation, la r\u00e9sistance des enveloppes, les limites thermiques et les exigences des composants. Par cons\u00e9quent, la conformit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite une refonte syst\u00e9matique plut\u00f4t que de simples modifications.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"964\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1018\">Diff\u00e9rences entre les classes de tension et les plateformes d\u2019isolation<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1237\" class=\"translation-block\">En Am\u00e9rique du Nord, la classe de tension 15 kV exige un niveau de tenue aux impulsions de foudre (BIL) de 95 kV. Les conceptions conventionnelles de l\u2019appareillage de commutation KYN28 sont bas\u00e9es sur une plateforme d\u2019isolation de 12 kV et ne peuvent pas satisfaire directement \u00e0 cette exigence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1457\" class=\"translation-block\">Pour \u00eatre conforme, le syst\u00e8me d\u2019isolation doit \u00eatre mis \u00e0 niveau vers une plateforme 24 kV et valid\u00e9 par des essais di\u00e9lectriques complets et des tests d\u2019impulsion. Sans cette mise \u00e0 niveau, l\u2019\u00e9quipement ne respecte pas les exigences de base de la norme IEEE.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1462\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1513\">Conception des compartiments et limites d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1768\" class=\"translation-block\">Bien que l\u2019appareillage de commutation KYN28 soit conforme \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration des compartiments IP2X selon la norme IEC, la norme IEEE C37.20.2 impose des r\u00e8gles d\u2019enveloppe plus strictes. Les ouvertures de ventilation ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas autoris\u00e9es dans les compartiments haute tension, sauf pour l\u2019entr\u00e9e des c\u00e2bles, ce qui limite la dissipation thermique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1998\" class=\"translation-block\">En outre, les normes IEEE limitent l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature admissible des conducteurs en cuivre \u00e0 65 K, contre 75 K selon les normes IEC\/GB. Cela impose des exigences plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de dimensionnement des conducteurs, de mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019isolation et de conception thermique.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2003\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2055\">Exigences de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique pour les enveloppes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2283\" class=\"translation-block\">Les normes nord-am\u00e9ricaines d\u00e9finissent des exigences minimales claires pour l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des mat\u00e9riaux des enveloppes. Les cloisons en acier dans la zone du circuit principal doivent avoir une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019au moins 3,0 mm, tandis que les autres composants structurels doivent \u00eatre de 1,9 mm ou plus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2477\">Si des enveloppes en alliage d\u2019aluminium sont utilis\u00e9es, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9e pour obtenir une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9quivalente. Cela signifie que les structures de coffrets bas\u00e9es sur les normes IEC ne peuvent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9es sans refonte.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2482\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2534\">TC, contacts auxiliaires et protection de surface<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2809\" class=\"translation-block\">Les normes IEEE exigent que les transformateurs de courant supportent le courant de court-circuit pendant 10 cycles, ce qui influence le type et la disposition des TC. De plus, les contacts auxiliaires TOC et MOC doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s dans des enveloppes fixes et \u00eatre actionn\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement par le disjoncteur ou le chariot extractible.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2811\" data-end=\"3083\" class=\"translation-block\">La protection contre la corrosion est \u00e9galement strictement d\u00e9finie. Les mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s incluent l\u2019acier inoxydable 304 ou l\u2019aluminium, tandis que les enveloppes en acier au carbone n\u00e9cessitent des syst\u00e8mes de rev\u00eatement qualifi\u00e9s. Les surfaces int\u00e9rieures doivent \u00eatre peintes ou galvanis\u00e9es, avec le gris clair n\u00b0 61 comme couleur standard.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3088\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"3090\" data-end=\"3132\">Conception pour le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3388\" class=\"translation-block\">Pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 entrer sur le march\u00e9 nord-am\u00e9ricain, l\u2019appareillage de commutation blind\u00e9 m\u00e9tallique KYN28 doit \u00eatre repens\u00e9 selon les normes IEEE, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019\u00eatre adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d\u2019une plateforme IEC. Seule une approche con\u00e7ue sp\u00e9cifiquement permet de garantir la conformit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3134\"
