A pesar de su dise\u00f1o maduro y su amplia adopci\u00f3n, la aparamenta KYN28 no puede utilizarse directamente en el mercado norteamericano.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"959\" class=\"translation-block\">La raz\u00f3n no radica en la calidad del producto, sino en las diferencias fundamentales entre las normas IEC\/GB y las normas norteamericanas (IEEE). Sin esta actualizaci\u00f3n, el equipo no cumple con los requisitos b\u00e1sicos de IEEE.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1462\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1513\">Dise\u00f1o de compartimentos y l\u00edmites de aumento de temperatura<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1768\" class=\"translation-block\">Aunque la aparamenta KYN28 cumple con la separaci\u00f3n de compartimentos IP2X seg\u00fan IEC, la norma IEEE C37.20.2 impone reglas de envolvente m\u00e1s estrictas. Generalmente no se permiten aberturas de ventilaci\u00f3n en los compartimentos de alta tensi\u00f3n, excepto para la entrada de cables, lo que limita la disipaci\u00f3n de calor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1998\" class=\"translation-block\">Adem\u00e1s, las normas IEEE limitan el aumento de temperatura permitido de los conductores de cobre a 65 K, frente a 75 K seg\u00fan las normas IEC\/GB. Esto impone mayores exigencias en el dimensionamiento de los conductores, los materiales de aislamiento y el dise\u00f1o t\u00e9rmico.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2003\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2055\">Requisitos de resistencia mec\u00e1nica para envolventes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2283\" class=\"translation-block\">Las normas norteamericanas definen requisitos m\u00ednimos claros para el espesor de los materiales de los envolventes. Las particiones de acero en el \u00e1rea del circuito principal deben tener al menos 3,0 mm, mientras que otros componentes estructurales requieren 1,9 mm o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2477\">Si se utilizan envolventes de aleaci\u00f3n de aluminio, el espesor del material debe aumentarse significativamente para lograr una resistencia equivalente. Esto significa que las estructuras de gabinetes basadas en IEC no pueden reutilizarse sin redise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2482\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2484\" data-end=\"2534\">TC, contactos auxiliares y protecci\u00f3n de superficie<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2536\" data-end=\"2809\" class=\"translation-block\">Las normas IEEE requieren que los transformadores de corriente soporten la corriente de cortocircuito durante 10 ciclos, lo que influye en el tipo y la disposici\u00f3n de los TC.
